How we handle your personal information.

Template notice. This page describes what the software actually does with customer data, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for a policy written for your business. Replace it before you launch commercially.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself. If you subscribe to our newsletter or send a contact message, we store the email address and message you submit.

How we use it

To process, pack, deliver and support your orders.
To contact you about an order, including delivery updates.
To respond to contact enquiries you send us.
To send marketing email, only where you have subscribed.

Payment information

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.

Cookies

We set a single session cookie so your cart, wishlist and sign-in state work as you move between pages. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Sharing

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your order, because delivery is impossible without it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. You may ask us to close your account and delete your personal details at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
Update your name, phone and saved addresses from Profile Settings.
Contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
